This role is a permanent opportunity to become part of the Workshop team within the mechanical access division in Duxford, within a company that can offer long term job security.
Due to the success and growth of the company, vacancies for additional support within our Workshop team has resulted in the need for a number of experienced Workshop Operatives, assisting with the preparation of our Hoists prior to delivery, assisting with stock control and general workshop duties.
Reporting into the Workshop Supervisor, the main remit of your role will be to prepare, maintain and load equipment whilst maintaining our high standards before it goes out to site within a team. You will be trained to carry out pre-delivery inspections of equipment and you will assist with stock control of all components. Occasionally you will assist in the delivery and collection of equipment to/from site and may be asked to carry out any other duties deemed reasonable in assisting the company.
