Qualified with a BA (Hons) in Economics for Business, Dion always had it in his sights to launch a startup business. After taking on a successful graduate scheme in Manchester , he returned back to his home county of Lincolnshire to manage a recruitment and training business.
After enduring several years of experience recruitment sector working with a wide range of customers from small startups, SME’s to large multinational FTSE 100 businesses, it was clear to Dion that the time was right to launch Blue Moon Recruitment.
The aim was to create a fully hybrid business model offering flexibility and transparency. Since launching in 2016, the business has seen impressive growth year and year.

Growing up in rural Lincolnshire, it comes as no surprise that Mike’s passions lie in the country and in particular the Agricultural sector.
His passion for Agriculture was followed further in his FdSc Qualification in Agriculture and Environment at Lincoln University.
This was followed by a 2 year stint in Australia where he combined working in an array of both arable and livestock jobs with sinking a schooner or two as he travelled and sampled life down under.
Now settled back on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, he has recently finished working as a Farm Trader with Frontier Agriculture where he became FACTS Qualified and nurtured his ability to develop business and build rapport amongst his customers.
