THE ROLE

We have a requirement for a competent Branch Administrator to join the company's Birmingham branch on a permanent and full-time basis.

JOB PURPOSE

As a Branch Administrator you will be required to provide day to day administrative support in a timely and efficient manner in line with business requirements and company quality and business procedures.

KEY RESULT AREAS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Internal: Reporting to Line Manager, supporting and liaising with all other business functions.
External: Contributing to achieving high level of internal/external customer satisfaction.

Integrity must be maintained at all times when dealing with all above key relationships.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

Good self discipline with a commitment to quality and procedures, ability to work under supervision, carrying out instructions correctly in a timely manner. Displaying a positive and helpful manner, with good communication skills, enthusiastic and participative, capable of contributing to the smooth functioning of the administrative team.
