Blue Moon Recruitment are actively looking to appoint a talented German speaking Customer Service Coordinator to join a leading manufacturing business in the Grimsby area.
Duties:
To process orders and enquiries placed by UK and export customers for sales of UK manufactured structural products.
Working within the Customer Service Department to ensure the smooth supply of finished products to all customers.
First point of call forming the link between external and internal customers.
Order processing.
General Administration.
Ensure the flow of information from order receipt; order entry, product allocation, picking and dispatch requirements.
Carry out activities in support of other members of the Customer Service Team.
Ensure good links between Sales Order Processing, Production Planning and Transport sections of the business.
Liase extensively with external customers and internal departments.
Required Experience:
Knowledge of the German language is required.
Experience within an office environment in a manufacturing sector preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills; customer focus and communication skills are required.
Highly organised and efficient with good product knowledge.
