An award-winning British Grocery Export Business are currently looking to appoint a dynamic Customer Service Export Advisor to their growing team based from their Head Office in Grimsby, N.E Lincolnshire.
Monday – Friday 39 hours a week (Monday – Thursday in the office, Fridays working from home)

As a Customer Service Export Advisor you will use your excellent interpersonal skills to communicate, negotiate and be responsible for providing "world class" customer service to all customers.
You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and process, investigate and resolve customer claims. You will be responsible for smaller accounts and be required to monitor sales, communicate warehouse and financial queries internally and oversee stock orders.
