International Business Development Consultant

Role Overview

The Role

• As an International Business Manager, you will be responsible for sales and development of the extensive portfolio in a defined territory (Greece).
• Develop and execute plans to achieve the annual budget for both sales and gross profit using a range of sales aids including category insights and SKU gap analysis.
• Act as a point of contact with customers for every aspect of their commercial relationship with the company.

The Ideal Candidate

• Monitor monthly and quarterly performance of new business development against budget and address divergence.
• Respond to and follow up on sales leads received or generated, with the aim of converting leads to customers and accumulating market and company data.
• Plan and develop specific sales and account management strategies for each customer, and each market, and ensure these are recorded and reported.
• Ensure customers receive all relevant marketing material, samples and other information required to maximise commercial opportunities.
• Developing effective sales presentations for potential customers and other relevant bodies.
• Full understanding and accountability of customer and territory Profit and Loss.
• Maintain accounts within the credit limits and payment terms, taking proactive action when defaults occur. Visit customers in their markets, and make necessary travel arrangements.
• To work collaboratively across all functions to achieve business objectives. To undertake and carry out your role in accordance with the Company Core Values and behaviours at all times.
