Sales Coordinator

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the point of contact for internal queries regarding diary management and travel appointments.
• Act as the central contact point for customer contact via e-mail and phone.
• Allocate all follow up calls to relevant team members with e-mail confirmation.
• Allocate Inbound Warm Leads to internal specialists.
• Collate all Signed results for specialists and to use with commission run.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High level of verbal and written communication skills.
• PC Literacy with knowledge of MS Office Applications.
• Proven track record in targeted environment.

Previous Experience:

• Strong understanding of the sales cycle.
• Minimum of two years experience in a customer service / sales environment.
• Strong negotiation skills.
