Role Overview

A market leading payment solutions provider are looking to appoint a talented and dynamic Sales & Performance Leader to their rapidly growing team based in the North East Lincolnshire area. The ideal candidate will have experience within a Contact Centre / Call Centre with a proven track record coaching, developing and motivating Telesales Teams.

The main purpose of the role is to drive sales and performance improvement through coaching, training and mentoring a centre of Telemarketing Executives. Supporting the Contact Centre Manager to ensure the Telemarketing Team achieves its daily, weekly and monthly appointment targets whilst ensuring all KPIs are adhered to.
