A market leading payment solutions provider are looking to appoint a talented Online Specialist to their Technical Account Management Team based in Grimsby, N.E Lincolnshire.
The Role:
As part of a new Account Management team, we are looking to expand our technical Account management resource to compliment our existing Ecommerce team. The ideal team member will have a solid understanding of the fundamentals of computing or general information technology.
A background in product technical support (first or second line), the sale of computing products/software or IT sales would be desirable. You will be expected to take a lead role in supporting new customers with website integration and setting up payment gateways.
In addition, we are looking for the essentials for any Account manager - fantastic with people with a personal drive to deliver the best results for customers and themselves.
Working in a targeted, results driven environment the role will be focused on ensuring our customers benefit from simplicity in the world of online payments with our technical Account managers ensuring the details are taken care of. They will also be expected to learn the fundamentals of Payment card industry compliance within the role.
The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively as part of a large team, bringing their personality and enthusiasm to life with our customers and their colleagues.
Main Purpose:
To provide a bespoke, personal and exceptional customer experience during the sales process.
Provide an industry-unique customer journey by helping customers grow their business through the professional merchant payment services.
Multi skilled in many aspects of taking payments, the Customer Account Managers are payment experts with a focus on making payments "Simple", "Personal" and "Beneficial" for the businesses they work with.
Experience & Skills:
Excellent Information Technology skills.
Strong product technical support experience (first or second line)
Must be able to demonstrate "world-class" customer service, with experience working within a fast-paced environment.
